At PODFlora, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made products crafted just for you. Since all our products are made to order, each item is unique. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged due to shipping or handling.
  • Manufacturing Errors: If your product contains printing errors or defects that differ from the original design.
Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

If you believe your product is eligible for a return or refund, please follow these steps:

Contact Us Within 20 Days:
  • Email us at support@podflora.com within 20 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.
Assessment:
  • Our customer service team will review your request and may ask for additional information if necessary.
  • We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days.
Resolution:
  • If approved, we will offer you a free replacement or a refund to your PODFlora account balance.
  • Refunds can be withdrawn to your original payment method upon request.

Note: For issues affecting multiple products with the same design, please provide a photo or video showing all affected items in one frame for confirmation purposes.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

  • Change of Mind or Ordering Errors: We do not accept returns or provide refunds if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
  • Print Placement Tolerance: For direct-to-garment (DTG) products, minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5 inches) are considered acceptable and are not deemed defects.

Processing Refunds

  • Timeframe: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Account Balance: Refunds are issued to your PODFlora account balance. You can withdraw this amount to your original payment method upon request.
  • Currency Considerations: If your billing currency is not U.S. Dollars (USD), the refund will be returned directly to your original payment source.
  • Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Exchanges

  • Damaged or Defective Items: We offer free replacements for products that are damaged or have manufacturing errors.
  • Process: Follow the same steps outlined in Section 2 to initiate an exchange.

International Orders

  • Customs and Duties: PODFlora is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred on international shipments.
